The PumpHouse celebrates Auckland Heritage Festival as it also celebrates its 40th anniversary as a performing arts centre.
We invite you to visit beautiful Lake Pupuke and take a stroll along the lake shore to view our history banners located in Killarney Park in the vicinity of The PumpHouse buildings.
Interesting snippets of history about the lake, Takapuna’s settlement, the historic pump house building and its reincarnation as a theatre will be revealed as you wander.
And if you’d like to feed the birds, please bring frozen peas – they told us they’re all on a no carbs diet 🙂
