Online booking is safe and secure and means you can book at any time. You have the option of having your tickets emailed, posted* or collecting them at the box office on the day of the show.
A $5.00 booking fee and 2.5% Credit Card Processing Fee apply to all online bookings.

The box office is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 2pm. For phone bookings, call: (09) 489 8360.

Once booked, you have the option of having your tickets posted* or collecting them at the box office on the day of the show. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Print at Home tickets for phone bookings.

Book in Person
The box office is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 2pm. The Box Office sales desk is located inside the front entrance of the theatre.
We can accept Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Card payment.
Note: From 1 January 2018 a $5.00 booking fee applies to all in-person bookings made prior to the day of a performance. There are no card fees.
Our box office also opens one hour prior to each performance for ticket collection and door sales. Door Sales are subject to availability and performances will often sell out.
We can accept payment by cash, EFTPOS and credit card. There are no fees for door sales on the day of the performance.
The PumpHouse Theatre is a charitable organisation and we operate our own ticketing system to help reduce costs for hirers and patrons.
Your $5.00 booking fee helps cover the costs of operating the box office and includes free ticket delivery by post or email.
*Posted tickets must be booked at least 10 days before the performance.
