Cheryll Martin QSO
General Manager, Volunteering Auckland
Cheryll Martin is the General Manager of Volunteering Auckland – an NGO dedicated to leadership, support, and promotion of volunteering.
Cheryll is a passionate supporter of volunteering, with the ability to motivate and inspire people to believe in the power of helping others. She is a trainer, presenter and consultant regarding volunteerism, and has facilitated professional development workshops across Aotearoa, and also in Papua New Guinea.
Cheryll is a lifetime volunteer, currently teaching handicrafts at her local Community House and volunteering at Waikaraka Park Speedway.

The PumpHouse Theatre’s Creative Talks series aims to bring the community together with creatives to discover more about their process and what inspires them. Each event explores what goes on behind the scenes to create their unique art. There is something for everyone with an interest in the arts and what inspires and drives creativity.
