About
Braydon Priest
Broadcaster, producer and advocate of community theatre.
A self-confessed jack of all trades, master of some, Braydon Priest has spent over 20 years in the media industry, working across radio, television, podcasts, and voiceover.
Braydon’s love for the performing arts began in childhood, inspired by his grandfather, a dedicated member of the local Savage Club. Since his late teens, Braydon has remained actively involved in community theatre, both on and off the stage, and in various committee roles.
A passionate advocate for the role of community theatre, Braydon is committed to fostering the next generation of talent, ensuring the future of performing arts continues to thrive. He is a committee member of the newly revived Phoenix Theatre, performing at The PumpHouse twice in 2025.
About Creative Talks
The PumpHouse Theatre’s Creative Talks series aims to bring the community together with creatives to discover more about their process and what inspires them. Each event explores what goes on behind the scenes to create their unique art. There is something for everyone with an interest in the arts and what inspires and drives creativity.
This year we have split the talks in to two seasons – three in Autumn and four in Spring.
The event is free with tea and coffee provided.
