Presented by an expert in Health and Safety and technical theatre, you’ll come away from this workshop with a greater level of understanding and confidence around Health and Safety and be able to use this knowledge at arts venues around Auckland.

Designed for theatre practitioners of all levels, this will especially suit those who have positions of responsibility such as stage managers, lighting team leaders, and designers. Filled with practical exercises, real-work theatre examples, and suggested documentation and templates this is a must-attend for anyone with Health and Safety responsibilities.

To encourage as many people to attend as possible, this two-and-a-half-hour workshop is entry by donation and includes refreshments and resources.

Rob Holland is a Chartered Mechanical and Fire Engineer with a wide range of experience. Rob’s main specialties are fire engineering and height safety consulting. He’s also an experienced actor at theatres around Auckland and has experience in community theatre governance and production management.
