About

This lighthearted introductory workshop is suitable for people with little or no performance or improv experience. It is a great way to connect with others whilst having a lot of fun and developing some useful life skills.

It will include simple word games, exercises, improvised dialogue (think ‘Whose Line is it Anyway?’), and short scenes created from scratch.

ABOUT THE TUTOR

Tutor Jeff Sleeman is an actor and facilitator based in the UK with a passion for improvisation which he has taught in a variety of settings including weekly classes, at health and
wellbeing events, to passengers on cruise ships and to trainee doctors to help them develop their interpersonal skills.

He has been a member of ‘Sweet and Sour’ improv performance group, run workshops for drama societies, dabbled in standup comedy and written and produced several short comedy plays and films.
