Pre-Production Information

We want to ensure that the facilities at The PumpHouse Theatre are fully equipped with the things that you need. To help us with this, please fill in the following questionnaire.  This will help us to understand how you are using The PumpHouse, what services you need, and when you’ll need our support.

Health and Safety

If you are hiring the theatre for several days and haven’t booked a PumpHouse Venue Supervisor, you will need to complete the Hirer Health and Safety Information pack. This will ask you to provide a Health and Safety Plan plus a Hazard Register – both specific to your production – to help us ensure that you have sound practices in place.

Show Report

During your time with us, we would love it if you could fill in a Show Report for each show, to help us ensure that everything is running smoothly.
