Pricing Details*
Please describing your pricing in as much detail as possible. Some options you might like to include are Adult, Senior (65+), Student, Child and Group rates.
Friends of The PumpHouse Price*
Friends of The PumpHouse members were instrumental in saving The PumpHouse from demolition and building the performing arts venue it is today. Typically, a Friends of The PumpHouse price is a few dollars less than the senior ticket price.
How do you want to treat booking fees?*
Please refer to the Rate Card for more information on ticketing options and costs
- Booking and Card Fees are paid by the patron
- Booking and Card Fees are paid by the producer
- Tickets are free / entry by donation
Complimentary Tickets*
Complimentary Tickets can be issued up to 2 working days prior to the event by the box office, but we also have a number of other options. To issue a complimentary ticket we need the name (first and last) of the guest, and their email address.
- I'll email my comp ticket requests to the box office 2 working days before the event
- I'll provide a one-off list of complimentary tickets at least 5 working days prior to my event
- I'd like vouchers or voucher codes that I can issue to my guests myself
- I'd like to discuss another option

Patron Seat Selection*
Allocated Seating means patrons can choose their seats when, General Admission means patrons choose their seats when they enter the theatre.

Seating Layout*
Please describe your preferred seating layout. Are you removing seats from sale? Holding some seats for Production use (e.g. followspot or cameras)? Once tickets are on sale we cannot change the layout, so please confirm as much information as you can here.

Handling of refund requests*
Our standard policy is not to refund tickets unless requested to do so by the producer. Some hirers prefer a less strict approach. Would you like us to:
- Implement the standard refund policy, referring refund requests to the producer
- Process refunds on a case-by-case basis using our best judgement
