From Shakespeare to musicals, classical concerts to rock bands, we’re accepting expressions of interest from anyone interested in performing at The PumpHouse next year.
With three performance spaces to choose from, and experts on hand to help with marketing and promotion, technical assistance and health and safety, we are keen to support everyone with a story to share.
Expressing your interest
To express your interest in dates at The PumpHouse in 2025 please complete the form below. This will give us the information we need to allocate space in the calendar. If you have flexibility around dates, let us know what your options are.
Our goal is to ensure everyone who wants to use The PumpHouse gets a chance, that there is a wide variety of performance on offer, and that our local community are able to enjoy and share in a live theatre experience.
We’re especially keen to ensure there is space for communities and stories that aren’t often well represented.
Pricing
You can find our full rate card for 2025 on our Resources and Reference page. If you need a formal quote, please let us know.
Pricing can be subject to change, pending the availability of funding, and apply to community groups and registered charities. Venue hire costs are subsidised by grants, funders and generous members of the public who donate to The PumpHouse to support the community.
If you are not a charity or not-for-profit, we may ask you for more information so we can assess if you are eligible for discounted, subsidised pricing.

All hire periods at The PumpHouse are subject to:

- The PumpHouse Code of Conduct
- The PumpHouse Privacy Policy
- The PumpHouse Health and Safety Policy.

You can find a full list of dimensions and technical equipment on our Resources and Reference page, and you may find our 3D Tour of the venue useful in getting your bearings.
You may be able to visit The PumpHouse for a look around, but we have a full programme and it’s not always possible.
What happens next?
Complete the form below with as much information as you can. Make sure you read the Terms and Conditions of Hire, and are familiar with our Code of Conduct so we’re all on the same page.
We’ll collate all Expressions of Interest, and plan to start contacting people with confirmed dates in late June. Once we’ve agreed on dates we’ll send you an invoice for a deposit. Once this is paid your 2025 booking will be confirmed in writing.
